From the terrace we have an pleasant view on the swimming pool and the gardens of the urbanization; as well as the golf course, one of the best ones in Les Landes. The Natural Park of the Couran d'Huchet is closer than one kilometer, and the beach just 500 m.

Les Landes is an area in the southwestern coast of France, with more than 200 km. of beaches, dunes and many forests of pines, oaks, cork oaks, etc. There are many lakes, Natural Parks, etc. All the area is possible to be crossed walking, in bicycle or riding, as you wish; by the footpaths that cross these places; people say this is a paradise for the lovers of the treking, golf, bicycle, surf and wind-surf, fishing, or any activity related to the sea and the nature.
