Guarantees

PRICE: All my prices are highly competitive in each one of the zones. I have analyzed in depth the market to offer you the best relation quality-price. If you appreciate (*) in the same area an apartment of similar characteristics but apparently cheaper that mine, tell me, and I will send you in less than 24 hours a detailed comparative report of the possible differences, advantages and disadvantages, that will help you to decide. In my prices all the consumptions are included, electricity, water, gas, TV, the insurance of the house, the rates of stay (habitual in Les Landes), even in summer the sheets, towels, kitchen cloths, napkins, etc., except when an indication express otherwise. Houses are sufficiently equipped (set of dishes and cutlery, TV, video or DVD, microwaves, fast pot, hair-dryer, mixer, iron, coffee pot and dishwasser or washing machine when indicated).

OTHER GUARANTEES: By security, and unless we meet personally or you prefer another method, all the payments are made by bank account.

(*) Accessible supplies by Internet, up to 45 days before the date of arrival.

How to reserve?

1. - Read all the information of the Web and consult me if you have any doubts.

2. - Contact me to confirm the availability of the dates you wish and so to confirm the price, for your satisfaction. I recommend you use the email facility to reserve with sufficient advance, and the telephone for reserves with less than 4 days from the date of entrance. Remember that usually the keys are sent by postal mail.

3. - In your email indicate the chosen apartment, dates you are interested in and the number of people, etc.

4. - As soon as you make the reservation, there can more possibilities to rent your preference, mainly for long stays.

General Conditions.

* To confirm the reservation, it is enough with the entrance of 10 % of the rent (minimo 50 euros)

* The rest of the amount plus the guarantee does not have to be paid until 30 days before beginning the stay. If you are interested ask the possibility of payment at your arrival.

* Weeks in High Season (June to September): are approximately from 12:00 p.m. Saturday until 10:00 a.m. next saturday; and the prices include: sheets, towels, etc. (unless when an indication express otherwise)

* In Low Season: weeks can be composed at your election, except:

a) If the week is from Sunday to Sunday the entry time is 19:00 p.m.

b) if the week is from Friday to Friday the hour will be 15:00 p.m.

c) In low season it takes surcharge to go from Saturday to Saturday (you break two weekends).

d) Week Ends are from Friday 15:00 p.m. to Sunday 18:00 p.m.

* Bridges count from Friday or first day previous to the first holiday; Christmas from the 24/12 to the 6/1; Week of Passover from Monday (18 h.) to Sunday; Easter from Wendnesday to Monday (any 4 or 5 nights).

* When you leave the apartment, it must be gathered and clean to receive the following visitors. When we provide the linen, please, let it folded over the kitchen's table. Beds must be done with the cover-mattress and the quilt. The blankets folded in the closets. * .

* If something is broken I request you to replace it with a similar object.

* A DEPOSIT OF €100 IS REQUIRED IN ALL CASES AND IS REFUNDED WHEN LEAVING THE APARTMENT IN ORDER.
